Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. All orders ship from US-based warehouses to all 50 states, and your estimated delivery time is shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimate we gave you, we'll email you right away with a new estimated date and the option to cancel for a full refund. Questions about an order? Email us at support@theeverfind.com.
Returns & Refunds
Every order is backed by our 30-day happiness guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email support@theeverfind.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll guide you through the return. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping (we may ask for a photo). For all other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the item.
